Before becoming a coach and facilitator, Scott spent nearly twenty years as a professional market maker and business leader at the Chicago Board of Trade. Working in one of the world's most demanding business environments taught him the importance of staying grounded amid uncertainty, managing competing priorities, and navigating complexity with resilience and clarity.
In 2004, Scott transitioned his focus to the human side of business, dedicating his career to leadership development, coaching, mediation, and group facilitation. He is certified through the International Coaching Federation and holds advanced certifications in Organizational and Relationship Systems Coaching, Leadership Circle Profile 360, Hogan Assessments, the Enneagram, Conflict Dynamics Profile, and Team Diagnostic Assessment.
