Christi Pizarek is an Executive Leadership, Team & Systems Coach who partners with Senior Leaders and Teams to expand their consciousness, deepen their self-awareness, and skillfully navigate the complexity, change, and ambiguity they face each day. At Emerge Group, Christi serves as a trusted coaching partner and program leader, co-facilitating the Leadership Trax Program, leading immersive Team Coaching Experiences, and contributing to program design, consulting, and program management. She crafts high-impact, thoughtful coaching experiences that meet leaders at their greatest points of tension and growth, leveraging a Systems Coaching approach that addresses the interconnected dynamics, patterns, and cultures shaping how teams and organizations perform.

Christi brings nearly two decades of experience to her work, beginning her career as a leader in the Advertising and Media industries before transitioning into Executive Leadership and Systems Coaching over the past ten years. She works across industries with companies who are leaders in their field, including Fortune 500 organizations and other industry trailblazers. That corporate foundation informs everything she does, giving her a grounded, real-world lens through which she coaches. She holds credentials and certifications spanning the PCC & CPCC (ICF), Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSCT), Leadership Circle Profile (LCP) 360, and the Integrative Enneagram (IE9). Deeply passionate about diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, Christi weaves an inclusive leadership lens, including her certification in the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), into every coaching relationship and experience she holds.

 

A proud Buckeye, Chicago native, and mom to three amazing kids, Christi finds her reset at the Chicago Botanic Garden, bringing a sense of wonder, patience, and growth into everything she does.
